Are electric hook-ups available?
Royal Bath & West Showground:
• You can book hook-ups in advance with the Bath & West showground contractor: LX Trix Ltd – 01749 823162.
• If you are with a club you should book your hook-up through your club.
Stratford Racecourse
• There are very limited hook-ups available at Stratford Racecourse. First come first serve basis.

Can I use a generator?
• Generators are allowed but please do not run them between the hours of 10pm and 9am. Please be considerate.
If we visit as a day visitor are we allowed to bring a dog onto the ground.
• Yes dogs are allowed – on a lead please and please clear up after them.
If we are camping for the weekend are we allowed to bring our dog.

If online booking is now closed can we turn up at the gate on the day and pay to stay.

What time does the camping close for late comers in the evening?
• The gate is open 24hrs. It’s best to arrive during daylight – night-time arrivals must camp in our holding area and move on site in the morning. Whatever day you book – in on you can stay until noon on Monday.
Is it possible to just turn up and camp with no reservation?
• Yes – Simply book in at the gate.
How early can we arrive, or the latest arrival time?
• The gate is open 24hrs. It’s best to arrive during daylight – night-time arrivals must camp in our holding area and move on site in the morning. Whatever day you book – in on you can stay until noon on Monday.
We shall be visiting the show at the weekend. Could you let me know if it will be worth bringing our bikes. eg. to ride from exhibition area to camping area and to the shop etc. (within the grounds) are there tarmac roads or is it all on grass?
• By all means bring your bikes. Please don’t ride your bikes in the crowded exhibition areas.
• Stratford: Some tarmac mostly grass. Why not ride into town its only a mile.
• Bath & West: Lots of tarmac and lots of grass… Bath & West: The A371 is VERY busy and we would not advise riding along this road.
At the Stratford show do you have a facility for me as a private seller to put my motorhome up for sale.
• Private sales are NOT allowed at our shows.
Are we able to pitch a tent for the weekend? Our friends are coming in their motorhome and we would like to join them.
• No problem – camp in anyway you wish from tent to caravan. If you arrive together you can camp together. THERE IS NO CAMPING ON GRASS AT THE JANUARY SHOW.
